Polyhedral Dice FAQ

Which die should I roll for damage?

It depends on the weapon. Daggers use a D4, shortswords a D6, longswords a D8, and greataxes a D12. Your character sheet or the spell description lists the exact die.

What is a D100 and do I need one?

A D100 is used for percentile rolls and random tables. You can also roll two D10s, treating one as tens and one as units. The full dice roller supports D100 directly.

Can I roll several polyhedral dice together?

Yes. Pick a die type, then choose how many to roll. The tool shows each result and the total, so you can roll 8d6 for a fireball in one click.
